NOTE as of April 1st 2013 we have raised the limit for non-signature deliveries. We will monitor the situation regarding deliveries. If claims for non-delivery rise we will lower the limit again.

In order to help buyers save on shipping we now operate a new system where buyers can buy items spread over 1 calander month to save on shipping. You will be required to pay for items still within the 7 day limit and new invoices with adjusted shipping will be sent on a weekly basis or as purchases are made. At the end of 1 calander month from date of first purchase items will be posted providing all items are paid. If you wish to partake of this option, please let us know otherwise an invoice will be sent at end of auctions on a 7 day basis. All unpaid items will be invoiced every Friday..

All you need to do to get this is to return to me the stamps used on any parcel and any other stamps you may wish to send with them, what we send to you, now or in the future. (IMPORTANT NOTE). Stamps must not be damaged or cancelled by pen to qualify, please do not attempt to remove stamps from backing paper. Please leave a 5-8mm border around stamps.
This offer refers to: Any Miniature sheets or complete Booklet Panes used on your posting from us,
will earn a refund at least £1.50 each. All other High Value Commemorative Stamps (over 1st class rate) will be paid at a proto rata rate of £150/kg for weight sent back(damaged and pen cancelled stamps not required). Also urgently required are any Olympic Gold Medal Winners Stamps. Buying prices on request.

Persistent offenders will be blocked from making future purchases.
Accepted Payment Methods
See below for the only 3 forms of payment we accept. WE DO NOT ACCEPT STAMPS, CASH OR CHEQUES AS A FORM OF PAYMENT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
Any buyer paying by other unauthorised methods or incorrect amounts will the have their payment/s returned/refunded and will be re-invoiced. If you wish to pay by any other method. CONTACT US PRIOR TO BUYING ANY ITEMS.
1. Paypal or Skrill - for all Global locations including UK.
2. MOST CREDIT and DEBIT Cards accepted. WE DO NOT ACCEPT Diners Card or Amex. Email for details for directions to an online secure payment portal (Paypal express NO ACCOUNT REQUIRED), link will be emailed back.
Items will only be shipped to the Registered Delcampe address. If you wish items to be mailed to a different address, other than registered Delcampe address. You MUST inform me via email. This alternative address MUST only be the same address as registered with Paypal. No other addresses are acceptable unless paying via other means as above. If payment has been made then a request to sent to a different address is made. That payment will be refunded and a new request sent. The buyer MUST change the address PRIOR to paying. There is an option in both Delcampe and Paypal to do this.
Where possible I will always use real stamps for postage. All parcels over 2kg will be sent via Parcelforce - This service do not use stamps. I no longer sell many Great Britain unused stamps as I am in the process of using my ENTIRE stock for postage.

All items unless otherwise stated in listing, carry a 100% satisfaction warranty.
Any item/s sold as BULLION (Either in title or description) - Returns will not be accepted on these lots, due to high volatility of the bullion price.
Maximum value for shipping any coins / precious metal items outside UK per package is £100. This restriction has been imposed by Royal Mail. Orders over £100 must be sent in multiple packages.
Any coins / precious metal items over £100 individually in value are for UK SALES ONLY, unless authorised by ourselves prior to purchase. This will only apply to regular buyers.
Please do not pay until a combined invoice has been sent with or without required insurance.
POSTAL RESTRICTIONS - SPAIN
With Immediate effect 5th March 2013, we have decided to relax our restrictions to SPAIN owing to over 60% of all shipments being claimed as not delivered. However we will RESTRICT SALES TO A MAXIMUM of £25.00. We will continue to monitor the sitaution. If you wish to buy more than £25 in one single order, please contact us PRIOR to purchase.
As the mail situation improves these restrictions may be removed solely at our disgression
