Als Privatverkäufer gibt es von mir keine Garantie oder Gewährleistung.
Nach neuem EU-Recht gibt es selbst auf Gebrauchtwaren 2 Jahre Garantie, außer der Verkäufer (nur bei Privatperson) schließt diese ausdrücklich aus. Dabei spielt der Wert der Ware keine Rolle. Deshalb weise ich hiermit daraufhin, dass ich auf die in meinen Auktionen ersteigerten Gegenstände keine Garantie in dem o.g. Sinne geben kann.
Umtausch bei Nichtgefallen ist möglich.
