Belgian Postal rates are very complicated and change many times. Therefor I'm using a code system. If an item can not be send with a standard envelope, I include a code in the description. With this code you can see in the tabel below what the sending cost to your country is. This includes packing and handling. My sending prices are just a bit higher than the Belgian Postal rates.
