Hi real worry.
Had someone claiming to be interested in all my Nigeria items. Alarm bells did ring but then they said they were Indian expat living in Nigeria..
Thing is they did click buy it now on all the items. But highly suspect say they cannoy register with Paypal as expat in India, Western Union which I suggested they say they can only accept incoming in Nigeria which I think is a lie as I checked the website for transfering cash abroad from Nigeria.
When I suggested WU they then say they tried Zenith bank with my BIC/IBAN guess what??? The Zenith bank contacts me. There are a couple spelling errors in the email. The so called Indian wants my phone number why for god sake??? Also in email about transfer they say BIC/IBAN details are not enough they also need account number and bank address. Is this true??? Well I already sent address...
Anyway I think I am right to be highly suspect as anothe trusted member suggested
I contacted Peter the UK moderator on help twice but no reply. So how can I get an immediate response on this...
I will need to get this person investgated account supsended.. and fees reimbursed... and protect other members. But the Delcampe response has been pityful...
Thanks Postcardshop

Hello Postcardshop,
We did receive your message on Monday regarding your concern. But actually, as we get lots of emails these days, we have to treat them by priority. And we may have delays in the responses to your messages.
However, I saw that Matthias did take care of your message just a little before I read this post.
Also note that transactions with people from Nigeria can be problematic. I wouldn't say all of them, but quite a lot.
Wish you a good day
Peter

Same here, new buyer requested all my bank data for a 10.-$ card. He wants to send via bank transfer.

Like you, I've tried several times to contact "Peter the Moderator": no response. Did you ever get one?

Transactions with people from Flanders and Germany can be problematic. I wouldn't say all of them, but quite a lot. They often refuse to accept Paypal or Moneybookers, and I have even been blacklisted for suggesting it. You can probably still trace examples if you look at my details.
Delboy Barrow.
