Received broken stamps,Seller refuse to return,and Delcampe did't punish the seller;

Paid seller, nothing received,and delcampe told me that I have to contact seller myself;

Delcampe staff even refuse to receive all my emails sent from my delcampe resgistered email address;

I repoted many many forgery items by " help and support page",and never replied!Just because the forgery items were sold by European sellers, and were reported by a Chinese ?


And Today,
Seller cancelled our deals without my agreement,without any notice,and left me about X1000 unfair 0% feedbacks, which changed my feedback from 100% to 92% at once! Delcampe staff replied me that I have to report at "Mediation resolution",and in this way, I have to open about x1000 case one by one by hand , and can't remove all 0% feedbacks!
But delcamep removed all 0% feedbacks I replied to seller directly by Mr.dimitri !

Why european seller have so many Privilege?
It's always too unfair for Chinese buyer on Delcampe !
Delcampe should learn equitable from Ebay!

Too bored to face these unfair treatment to Chinese at delcampe again and again!

I send a copy to Mr.Sebastien Delcampe's email, from which he have asked help from me for internet speed problem at 2011 Asian Philatlic Exhibition. Hope Mr.Sebastien Delcampe's can see this !

Hi.....I am not in Europe or China but have always received prompt responses from Dmitri or the team. I understand that the Delcampe team give priority to Club members irrespective of nationality or location and that the priority benefits are available to all nationalities (not just Europerans).

Why not pay your buyers by Paypal? Then, if not delivered, faulty or broken you can simply reclaim your money provided that your claim is honestly made, No need then for Delcampe intervention!

Your other comment is about retaliatory bad feedback.....this is an problem for all sellers wherever they reside and has already been brought to the attention of Delcampe without result so far.

The forgery issue is dealt with on another thread where a moderator says that Delcampe is trying to clear these out but there are so many that it takes time. Nothing to do with nationality. If you are reasonably expert in forgeries, why not offer your services as a moderator specifically to help rid Delcampe of this problem. Regretfully, my own expertise in this area is very limited.....
