I'm very new to Delcampe and have had only 2 sales so far. The buyer has almost 3000 positive feebacks. In my invoice I added my shipping and because the total purchase price is over 50 USD I had to add insurance. Both these conditions are clearly stated in my shipping terms. Both times the buyer only paid the total purchase price for the items and not the shipping/insurance by PayPal. I have had to request the Shipping/Insurance through a seperate email.
The buyer is in Switzerland and only speaks French so I'm hesitant to correspond with him. I don't speak French and I don't really trust the online translators for anything this complicated. I just want to know if the buyer sees the shipping/other charges on the invoice? Because it is plainly there on my copy. Like I said, the buyer has almost 3000 positive feedbacks. I don't know why he isn't paying for the shipping/insurance. I doubt he would have such great feedback if he did this all time. I gave him 100% positive feedback the first time because I figured it was just a mistake. I don't like to give less than 100% feedback unless it is really deserved.

You should receive a copy of the payment request you send so check to see if the shipping/insurance is included

I wouldn't be surprised if he missed the insurance charge as I only charge that if the total is over 50 USD. But I would think he would add the regular shipping charge. I sent him an email. Hopefully, he will respond positively.

I just heard back from the buyer and he was very appologetic and sent payment for the Shipping/Insurance. Worked out nicely.
