I have a few stamps from Austria which I am having trouble putting a # on them. Maybe someone can help?

we have an austrian collector specialist but i don't know where he has disappeared to? however i will assist you. the stamps are austrian newspaper stamps 2007 scott #pr5 blue and pr6 brown large shield redrawn from 1877. there should be 8 vertical lines above the white square and 9 below, instead of 5 in the earlier issue. used price are $1.40 and 6.75 used u.s. dollars respectively. also watermarked 'WECHSEL'.
