Can someone translate the following message from Italian to English please. I've tried Babelfish, but still couldn't make any sense out of it.

Looks like they are asking for your mailing address. When you send your invoice out do you leave a message on what payments are acceptable PayPay, Moneybookers, Cash, etc... Also you can give your mailing address City, State, Country, whatever.. I also state in mine to alert me if they are making payment throught the mail..

Translation:
