I was just wondering if there was a way to cancel a completed sale. I have sold out of a particular item, and it was purchase on Delcampe before I had a chance to take it off sale. Is there a way to cancel the sale?

First of all inform your buyer, who at that point is within his/her rights to leave you a negative feedback for not completing the transaction.

If you want to claim your selling fees back, you'll HAVE to leave a neutral feedback for your buyer (which in my opinion is adding insult to injury and in such a situation I would not claim my fees back).

Then in your control panel, left hand column under "My Delcampe fees" go to "unpaid items" and follow the on screen instructions.

Btw, it is against Delcampe t&c to sell simultaneously elsewhere if your have your item listed here.
