Can You ID This Person from 1928 Please?

Can anyone help with this person please?
Here are your clues!!
First name looks like Donald, but the second? Is it Reis Keis or similar?
Anyone know if he is an actor?
The back has the publisher Bailey, Glen Fern Studios, Bournemouth. They used to be a 'walkie' type studio. I have had lots of postcards from them of actors and entertainers coming to the shows in Bournemouth in the past.
Anyway the plot thickens, as there is a pencilled message which reads something like: g g Scouts Summer 1928. Could be a summer season singer at Bournemouth.

I think the name might be Keir. Found a Donald Kier who seems to have been a Piperf but maybe not the same person.

This does not help identifying the person but could the mention of a Scout Camp be referring to this event. It is close enough to Bournemouth.
