I have used the Lister to upload around 50 sales this afternoon, but having submitted them, none of them have appeared on the site.

When I check in my Control Panel, I get the message "Lister v3 : All your sales have been uploaded on the website."

Is there a known problem with the Lister / site or is it just me?

I was trying to put some lots up this afternoon as well, (not via Lister), but was having great difficulty getting uploads of pictures and acceptances, and gave up eventually - there may be a D* problem

I tried this evening. One sale got through, the others haven't.

The one that did get through has a problem in the title ... see #136070824. The lesson from this is don't use fractions in the title descriptions! This problem occurred before and I'm still trying to fix listings affected!

I'm seeing the same thing.

OK, over night, my listings showed up. Looks like there was either some communication problem or queue that has been resolved, and the floodgates opened up. Those that I listed multiple times trying to get it to go showed up multiple times in my store (that's a bad problem, DC... should not allow multiple listings with the same personal ID reference, or some other thing like that. Helps prevent unintentional redundant sales that way.) Anyways, if you had the same experience, be sure to go through and scrub your listings.

Mine haven't all showed up yet ... they are appearing one at time ... very slowly throughout the morning. And all with the title problem I mentioned earlier ... what a PITA.

I concur... I'm glad it's being resolved, but I wish tech support would make an announcement that they recognize the issue and are working to resolve it. A little confidence would go a long way, otherwise we just stew here. Everyone shouldn't have to individually contact tech support and have individual conversations when clearly this is impacting many many people. They should use the forum for that. (JMHO)

btw... I just listed 13 more Canadian stamps with the lister, and they all showed up within ~1 minute. Hopefully it's working now and was just a fluke, but perhaps they are "cleaning" up those that got stuck one at a time, hence the delay in your listings.

I think you make a very valid point that there should be somewhere on the site where known / current problems are announced. This would save a lot of time and hassle of reporting the problems. It would make Delcampe look more professional and save them a lot of unnecessary support reports!

All my listings have at last turned up and the problem with the title decription thankfully appears to have been fixed again ... only a couple of listings to fix this time.

My listings have only partially appeared. I uploaded 54, but only 40 have arrived and those are in a completely random order. I assign numerical reference numbers to each of my items and they are all over the place.
