I'm relatively new to the Delcampe system. I have found no trouble at all to make purchases with PayPal, but anything through moneybookers has proved nearly impossible. We have requested answers to specifc questions through 'help' and the answers have been completely useless -- they refer to dropdown boxes and the like that simply do not exist on our screens.

So, the one order we had placed through moneybookers (it is still unclear how it actually was placed since we still can't use the system) we cancelled yesterday. The seller was fine with that, but he says we actually have to annul the order with Delcampe so that he does not have to pay a transaction fee. We have not found a way to annul the order.

Does anyone have a suggestion?

Hi...I think you will find that the seller has to annul, not the buyer.

Tell him....

1. He gives you neutral feedback (will not affect your ratings)
2. Click on "Unpaid Items" in the Delcampe Fees section.
3. Enter the transaction no or your nickname + reason for cancellation.

Cancellation is usually automatic & seller will not have to pay the transaction fees.
