Need help to Identify Postcard

This postcard has the Rex Hotel, Rex Theatre and a Knights of Columbus sign over the door on the left side of the card. Reverse of postcard has a written message, but has not been mailed so no postmark or stamp. Message doesn't provide any clues. I think it is in the USA - mid west or west coast - I acquired it in a lot of postcards from spomeone that lived in Arizona. Any clues would be a help.

No luck here on the location, but I found The Sky Monster was released in 1914:

I did notice the Rex building has a light-colored stone with a name on it near the top. I can't make out the letters when I zoom in, but you might be able to by scanning at a higher resolution and playing with contrast settings.
