Marking multiple items as Paid

I find that a lot of members pay me via PayPal without going through the Electronic Wallet. When this happens, Delcampe doesn't know that payment has been made and so the "Paid" icon is not activated.
This means that I have to manually mark each item as paid. This can be quite time consuming & prone to errors as sometimes, I have buyers buying anything up to 300 items at a time.
If I sort closed items by buyer, I have the option to "Assign all payments as "asked" " or to "Assign all items as "sent" "but I don't have the option to "Assign all items as "paid" ".
If this facility exists already - please tell me how to do it! If not, could this be incorporated in future updates?

I agree with you and I am fairly sure it used to exist until they made changes to the invoicing system early last year or late 1910.

We'll all look forward to that improvement.
It'll save a lot of time ... I've found that it is easy to overlook marking items as paid ... the consequence of which is that a repeat customer can be inadvertantly invoiced for items that they have already settled!
