I found one card I am interested in. The seller says he has 3 related cards.
he sent me item numbers, they don't work in the search. he sent a path to search, does not work. i can't search by seller since he is in Canada and i am in US. All i get is US sellers. Worst search I could imagine.

To search by item number, use the drop down menu top right.
Search>Search by number. In the same way search by seller. The search box at the top of every page only works for "keywords".
It shouldn't make any difference what site you are on, but in the future if you want to see international items go to the international site. To do this, when you're on the "homepage", scroll down to the bottom and click on international.

It works, sort of, with your help. Still about the worst search engine I have ever seen. No way for me to figure it out on my own. Nothing is intuitive on delcampe.
I also see i have to bid in Canadian dollars without knowing the exchange rate. No way will I do this. This site COULD have a program to show me what a bid will cost.
Yes, I was helped. This site is still very frustrating and difficult to mdo the simplest stuff. No, it is not just "getting used to it". It is a lack of fore thought and planning. Delcampe is around long enough to have smoothed out some of this stuff. I am still listing. It will be interesting to see if anything sells. Thanks for the help.

Click on 'My Delcampe' and at the bottom of the drop-down menu click on 'Currency Converter'

I am so upset you, YOU are unhappy with me. You always meant so much to me.

Against this site? Against its being poorly arranged and never evolving.

When viewing items that are not in my "home" currency, there is an approximate, converted price shown under the actual price of each item - see screenshot below of your items. I'm sure this is not just peculiar to the UK?

In any case, the actual exchange rate will be determined by Paypal, Moneybookers/Skrill or by whoever you choose to make payment - not by Delcampe.

I could not find this guy's listings for the card. I was going by item numbers he supplied. All of this is so quirky. Makes delcampe difficult to deal with. I have worked it all out with the dealer. I have bid. It should have been quick and easy. I shudder to think about trying to bring my customers here.
Thanks for pointing that out.

Dear,

" It works, sort of, with your help. Still about the worst search engine I have ever
" seen. No way for me to figure it out on my own. Nothing is intuitive on delcampe.

Ok. So, how can that be more clear than "Search > Search by item number" ? Any advice is welcome if you have a better idea.

" I also see i have to bid in Canadian dollars without knowing the exchange rate.
" No way will I do this. This site COULD have a program to show me what a bid
" will cost.

It is the case for nearly 8 years.... When you are logged in, all prices are shown, for information, converted to your own currency. USD, as defined in your parameters (Link (http))

" Yes, I was helped. This site is still very frustrating and difficult to mdo the
" simplest stuff. No, it is not just "getting used to it". It is a lack of fore thought
" and planning. Delcampe is around long enough to have smoothed out
" some of this stuff. I am still listing. It will be interesting to see if anything

We are always willing to improve, and we always do. But, sorry, your comments sound a bit too negative.

Regards, S. Delcampe
