I sell in all allowed currencies and when a buyer selects items in different currencies (eg: USD, GBP, EUR) it is the system that chooses the currency of the total invoice and this creates a bit of a mess and no small amount of resentment from buyers. It is also often hard to follow calculations as Currency Exchange rates change every half-hour.

Under this system, a buyer in US (for example) who has won items in USD and GBP may be asked to pay in GBP totally at the sites' discretion (if not whim and fancy).

Surely, in a perfect world of Online Sales the SELLER should have the ability to nominate the currency of invoice. You don't have to be Einstein to figure out that buyers prefer to use their own currency. Additionally, there is often currency comversion involved and this is very expensive at the hands of PayPal .

Could we please have a button or drop-down menu where the appropriate selection of Invoice Currency may be made with ease?

Thanks!

It's rather obvious that nobody at Delcampe is even remotely interested in this problem but none-the less I'd like to acquaint them with the latest problem.

Today, a new buyer purchased an item in my store but neglected to add postage (I thought this had been fixed!!!) ... Anyhow, the sale was in GBP and that's how she paid for the item, minus postage because that's what the system asked for.

When she realized the error, she purchased another item so that postage could be added. It was a good thought on the Buyer's part except that the second invoice was generated in EURO because the item was in EURO.

Can anyone there begin to understand just how stupid it is to get 2 invoices in DIFFERENT CURRENCIES WITHIN HALF-AN-HOUR OF EACH OTHER from the same seller?

By the way, I do understand that one item was off the UK site in GBP and the other off the International site in EURO but exactly the same thing would happen had they both come from the International site and been listed in different currencies.

All the new "improvements" are becoming somewhat of a headache.
