Hello Tony,

To give a rating, you must go to the page of the auction (see the email you have received when auction has ended). Then in the bottom of the page, you fill in a form and your rating is given.

You can also go to 'My account' (see menu on the top). You enter nickname, password and choose "My Bids -> Winning".

You now have the list with all the lots you have won. There is a column "rating". A red symbol means the rating is given for this auction. A green symbol means the rating is already received for this auction.

Click on the auctions without red symbol and go to bottom of the page. You will now give your firsts ratings.
