I write because I have received a 0% rating from bad buyer.

After many many messages and sent invoice requests I didnt have received any answer or any payment(the seller has active e-waller , me too).After that I was also honest and on 26.November I started "Dispute resolution" :

Also no any results with that method.
And at the end yesterday I have given to the member 0% rating and has restarted my sale.
And immediately I have received a bad rating too.
So my question is how is that possible?What kind of people are using Delcampe?Any solution how we can dismiss these dishonest members out of Delcampe?

For that auction I have received a 50% rating with the explaination "That is not a postcard" .I am on a different opinion but that is not important.The thing is that the member didn't contact me and to discuss that with me.I could give him the money back (the card costs 2 Euro) and he could keep the card (it is not a problem for me) and not to give me not so good rating.But maybe he didnt have enough time to do this.

If you see my ratings you will see that I have 10 ratings x 50% from one buyer.He bought 10 cards x 3 Euro(total 30 Euro) and he wanted regular mail.The letter was lost and he gave me 50% ratings.Is he right?
I think - NO .You know that noone seller gives any guarantee for regular mail.If they want guarantee - lets pay for registered letter.

I have other funny case - I sent a cards which cost 1 Euro to the buyer with regular mail(noone wants to pay registered shipping for cheap cards and I understand that).On the 15th day after the sending the member told me that he hasnt received my card and I must resend other card to him.Is that right?Must I resend to him other card because he didnt receive my card which was wirth regular mail?Fortunatelly the card has arrived on the 29th day after the sending and the stamp on it was a proof that I sent it on the date I have told to the buyer and he saw that.Just slowly postal service.

And at last I want to share some other thing.Many sellers with thousend of goods ratings (that means they are honest and inteligent people) write that the shipping is *.* Euro for Europe and after the buying it appears that that is a shipping to European Union.So I ask to write with more details because I do not think that Europe is only the E.U. countries.
Also I have a some possible answer to a buyer who has anounce me a shipping which was (ion his writings) for countries outside Europe.After some messages I found out that his Europe means only E.U countries(as a lots sellers make).And he told me that because Bulgaria is not in E.U. I am on the tax for Outside Europe.So I want to let you know the INTELLIGENT SELLERS that since 01.01.2007 Bulgaria is in E.U.
After that he told me to ask "LA POSTE"(the french post) why they took more money for letter to Bulgaria.So what I have to do with LA POSTE?He anounce a price for Europe (for example 1 EURO) and at the end took from me more(for example 2 EUROS).
