Hi! I had a really good run of sales, then in the last week since Monday noone has paid for my items or are replying to my mails.
I am about to make a dispute as one buyer has not paid 1 week on yet this is someone with a very good feedback what should I do?
Is anyone else having problems with very slow payment, non reply to emails etc???
Thanks PCS
There do seem to be more non-payers now. but
One week is not really so slow.
I once had payment four months after the end of auction date!
Keep on reminding the buyers,

Postcardshop: Welcome to the realities of Delcampe.Over the last two or three months the number of non-payers seems to have increased but overall I think you can expect one in four not to pay.File your claim for reimbursement........Delcampe seems happy to pay rather than tackle the problem. It is most difficult to say whether Delcampe is dealing with the issue or not as they tend to play their cards close to the vest.My own observation is this...........as long as you are doing a lot of buying and keeping Delcampe's bottom line in order, you are realitively free from impunity.Case in point last Fall a fellow from China stiffed me for 15 items.....at that particular point he had over 5000 positive feedbacks and over 500 negative feedbacks and he/she is still with us so you figure.Cheers!!

Hi - Non payers are a complete time waste for all ; I get about 2% non payers - I send 3 emails and after 5 weeks file an unpaid claim. Then we waste our time and relist again. I also block most of the non payers. The new commers are the worst they join buy items and then never come back to the site.
Still the system for fileiing unpaid item is very simple and quick - comapred to the terrible site where it takes about 3 weeks and many emails. Delcampe is still by far the best selling site for collecters and buyers.
