Hello, This stamp is not a chinese stamp but a stamp from North Korea. It is the number 12 in the french catalogue Yvert ( year : 1948). It's a good stamp! Best regards. François.

hi, This stamp is not a chinese stamp but a stamp from North Korea. Catalogue scott please see scan regards JD.
