Sales terms and conditions: Phildom guarantees that all items on sale are authentic and correspond to real pieces except for unwanted but possible specific errors of the image or description.

Devolution guarantee: Phildom will accept devolutions  - of all items which would not be of complete customer’s satisfaction, of wrong items, of damaged items or for any other justified reason – within a maximum period of 7 days from receipt.

Delivery options: For deliveries of € 45.00 or more, the delivery will be free of charges and by registered letter. ** this condition is valid only for the purchase of post stamps **

Delivery charges for the purchase of post stamps: € 4.50 by Registered Letter

Delivery charges for the purchase of catalogues: the delivery will be effected by surface mail this being the most economical way, as book (at purchaser’s risk) and price depending and according to weight and destination.

The term of delivery is of 1 to 5 working days since receipt of correspondent payment.
