My questions are: 1) Did TUGUEGARAO have a postal agency in 1887? 2) The stamp is affixed upon some traces of perhaps 2 stamps affixed by the sender (?) Was it a usual practice, at this time ? Would you indicate to me the title of a book about earlier post offices in Philippines. I don't know if it exists...
