PHILIPPINES 1887 cover rev=inprint Oscar Dürr-TUGUEGARAO, 2 4/8°de peso (1883,2nd type) tied ***c2 APARRI 19 JU 87, part blue Manilla arr.
My questions are:
1) Did TUGUEGARAO have a postal agency in 1887?
2) The stamp is affixed upon some traces of perhaps 2 stamps affixed by the sender (?) Was it a usual practice, at this time ?
Would you indicate to me the title of a book about earlier post offices in Philippines. I don't know if it exists...
