Delcampe Bonus Card

The loyalty card system on the website, the Delcampe Bonus Card, allows buyers to obtain Bonus Credits when purchasing items in the stores of participating Club+ Gold and Premium sellers

These credits can be used to receive a discount on the next purchases.

What are the advantages?

Your loyalty will be rewarded! You can obtain (considerable) discounts when purchasing items in your favourite sellers' stores!	You can reward your most loyal buyers! Your items will be noticed easier, thanks to the discount rate you offer! In short, you increase your sales!

For sellers...

Activate the Delcampe Bonus Card and reward your buyers

• Before activating the card, you will have to activate the e-wallet and join the Club+ .
• Afterwards, you will have to visit "My Delcampe > My control panel > My selling > Bonus Card parameters" and select "Activate".
  You will be asked to determine a discount percentage rate which will be given to the buyers. You can also choose to determine a time limit or not.
  Your buyers will receive a discount, which are Bonus Credits, depending on the total amount of the items they've purchased. Consequently, they will be able to use these credits during their next purchases in your store.

Determine your discount percentage rate

When activating the Delcampe Bonus Card, you will be able to determine a discount percentage rate.

For example, you award a discount rate of 10%:

• If a member purchased items for a total amount of 10 USD, he will receive purchase credits for a value of 1 USD (10% of 10 USD = 1 USD).
  He will be able to use these credits for future purchases in your store...which means the buyer will have to visit your store again!

Remember that if your buyer pays the items by using the e-wallet, he will automatically receive the Bonus Credits and the seller won't have to take any action. However, if the buyer pays the items with another payment method, then you will have to click on the symbol "Payment received" or give positive feedback so he can receive his credits.

Whether or not Bonus Credits are offered, this will have no influence on the commission fee that has to be paid to the website.

For buyers...

Obtain Bonus Credits by purchasing items

When browsing the website, you may see the logo appear on the items of the sellers that have activated the Delcampe Bonus Card.
You can also find a list of these sellers by visiting "Search > Delcampe Bonus Card"

The item is purchased just like before, only now you will receive Bonus Credits when paying the item or later after receiving positive feedback from the seller.

Benefit from discounts by using these credits during your next purchases

Consequently, you can spend your Bonus Credits during your next purchases in the store of the same seller or save your bonus Credits.
When making the next payment (with PayPal or Skrill), you can decide whether or not to use the credits and deduct them from the amount you have to pay!

You can access your "Bonus Credit" account by visiting "My Delcampe > My control panel > My buying > Bonus Card Credits".
