It's the day before Christmas Eve ! The website took on its wintery colours, the Christmas trees are decorated and everyone is in the mood for the upoming festivities. Wait no longer and discover our first newsletter of this new season !

TECHNICAL CORNER / The last few weeks, our Technical Team has worked hard to resolve the technical difficulties and to improve the overall stability of the website. Furthermore, new equipment was put in place in order to offer you a quicker and more pleasureable experience. Seeing as the situation is very complex, the necessary (but not always visible) changes made, may have caused other unexpected difficulties, such as the considerable slowdown of the website. These difficulties are always fixed as soon as possible.
Our Technical Team is working relentlessly in order to offer you a faster, more performant and easier to use website, by the end of this year. To have a better experience using the website, we advise our members to to use fast web browsers such as Firefox and Chrome :

MARKETPLACE NOVELTIES / In order to facilitate the management of transactions, we have added a new feature to the website. This new feature will let sellers choose whether or not they accept payments from buyers without first having sent the invoice.
We have noticed that there were difficulties with transactions both for sellers and buyers: payment was being sent without adding the shipping costs. This difficulty was causing alot more administrative work for all.

- Look for an item by entering keywords in the search engine or by browsing the online catalogues.
- Click on the title of the item you are interested in.
- Place the maximum amount you wish to offer for the item in question.
- Confirm the amount by clicking on the “Place your offer” button.
- Your offer will then be taken into account when the Auction House has its public sale or auction. (See conditions of sale of the auction house in question)
- At the end of the sale, the Auction House will contact you if your offer was the winning offer.
