Here's the program of our newsletter, we will hold three Video Chats during which you can directly ask questions to Sébastien Delcampe.  DELCAMPE PRESTIGE / Founded in 2002, HA Harmers Auctions SA, holds International auctions since October 2003. Andrew G. Holtz has joined the prestigious Swiss Company and brings with him 45 years of international philatelic experience.
The new auction #15 will take place in Lugano on May 17-19 and will gather more than 1800 lots. They will offer worldwide rarities as well as stamps, postal history items, national and thematic collections. You can discover items from the USA, Canada, West and East Europe, China, Middle Asia, Africa and Turkey.
Among the rarities we can introduce you the following lots: 1922 inverted surcharge from China, Russian telegraph Stamp from 1866 and United Kingdom 1902 overprint "I.R. Official".
It is a real “Treasure Hunt” and an opportunity for collectors as well as experts.
NEW DELCAMPE CONTEST / Our new contest is dedicated to the numismatics and will delight notaphilists (banknotes collectors) !
You can indeed win a banknote "50 francs Merson" from 1927, one of the first polychrome banknotes in France.

 DID YOU KNOW IT? ... Sales conditions and shipping locations
Some sellers contact us because they are surprised to see that it is impossible for some members to buy or bid in their store.
This is due to the fact that, since February, when a seller ticks a particular geographic region, in his/her sales conditions, it automatically prevents members living outside the authorized regions to buy in their store.
For instance, if a seller only chooses "Seller's country" as authorized location, his/her sales will only be available for buyers living in his/her country.
By doing this, the seller misses potential buyers... sometimes withouth knowing it !
We encourage sellers to check if they haven't been too restrictive when fixing their shipping locations.
